Where can I edit widget visibility?
Follow these simple steps to edit widget visibility:
Step 1. Go to Administration – Embeddable elements – Website widget, and click on the Visibility tab.
Step 2. Select if you would like your widget to be displayed on all pages on your website or if you’d like to exclude it from a certain page. Take a look at the options below to learn more:

How do I include the Paldesk widget on only some pages on my website?
If you’d like your chat widget to be visible on only some of the pages on your website, go to the “Include Website Widget on the following URLs” label and select one of the options from the dropdown menu:
Simple match – if you select this option, your widget will appear on all pages with a URL containing the word you entered in the box. For instance, if you enter the word “blog”, the widget will appear on all pages with the word “blog” in the URL.
Exact match – use this option to include the widget on a specific page on your website. Enter the URL into the box (e.g. www.website.com/pricing/) and save changes. Your Paldesk chat widget will be displayed on that specific page and hidden from others.

Starts with – if you include your widget on all pages starting with www.website.com/integrations/ it will be displayed on all integration pages and excluded from all other pages. For example, your widget will appear on www.website.com/integrations/facebook, but not on www.website.com/contact/.
Ends with – if you include the widget on all pages ending with a certain URL, it will be displayed only on that specific page. For example, if you enter www.website.com/home/, it will be displayed only on that page, not www.website.com/home/help/articles/ etc.
Contains – if you include the widget on all pages containing a specific URL, for example www.website.com/integrations/, it will be excluded from all other pages. For example, the widget will be displayed on www.website.com/integrations/viber/, but not on www.website.com/pricing/.
Regex – you can also use regular expressions to edit widget visibility.
How can I exclude the Paldesk widget from some pages on my website?
To hide your chat widget from a specific page on your website, go to the “Exclude Website Widget on the following URLs” label and select one of the following options:

Simple match – if you select this option, your website will be excluded from all URLs containing the word you entered. For example, if you decide to hide the widget from all your blog pages, and enter the word “blog” into the box, the widget will disappear from all pages containing that word in the URL.
Exact match – use this option to include the widget on a specific page on your website. Enter the URL into the box (e.g. www.website.com/pricing/) and save changes. Your Paldesk chat widget will be displayed on that specific page, and hidden from others.
Starts with- if you exclude the widget from www.website.com/integrations/, it will be hidden from all integration pages (e.g. www.website.com/integrations/facebook/), and visible on others (e.g. www.website.com/about/).
Ends with- if you exclude all pages ending with www.website.com/features/, it will be hidden on that specific URL and available on other pages. For example, it will still be visible on www.website.com/features/live-chat/.
Contains – if you exclude the widget from all pages containing the URL www.website.com/integrations/, it will be removed from pages like www.website.com/integrations/facebook
Regex – use regular expressions to exclude the widget from a page.
