In Paldesk, there are two options when it comes to changing your password. You can change your password in the agent settings or, in case you forgot your password, you can reset the password via email. Learn how both of these options work below!
How can I change my password within the app?
If you would like to change your password, you can do that by following these steps:
Step 1: Click on your agent avatar in the upper right corner and then click on Settings.
Step 2: Go to the last tab, Change password tab and fill in the required fields.
Step 3: Click on the Submit button, as seen below:

Once you’ve done that your password will be changed and you can use it to access your Paldesk account.
What if I forgot my Paldesk password?
If you forgot your password and are unable to access the Paldesk account please do the following:
Step 1: Click on the Forgot your Paldesk account credentials on the login page, as pictured below:

Step 2: Type in your email address, the one you use to access your account
Step 3: Check your email inbox for an email from Paldesk
Step 4: Click on the Reset Password button found in the email you received from Paldesk
Step 5: Fill out the required information, e.g. your new password, as seen below:

Step 6. When you finish typing your password click on the reset button and you will be asked to log in to your Paldesk account with a new password.
